The employees of the Fairbanks North Star Borough (FNSB) elected APEA/AFT as their bargaining representative in 1975. The approximately 250 employees perform typical Borough duties.

Officers: Local Officers are elected biennially (every two years) in even numbered years. Current terms expire June 30, 2012.
